Electric: Electricity choice, known as “Direct Access,” is available for a capped percentage of commercial and industrial consumers in the Pacific Gas and Electric, San Diego Gas and Electric, and Southern California Edison utility territories.
Natural Gas: Natural Gas choice, known as “Core Aggregation” or “Core Transportation,” is available for residential and small commercial customers at Pacific Gas and Electric, San Diego Gas and Electric, and Southern California Gas (SoCalGas).

- Natural Gas choice is available for residential and small commercial consumers in the Columbia Gas utility territory. Atmos Kentucky minimum is 25 Dth per day.
- Natural Gas choice is available for residential and small commercial consumers in the Columbia Gas utility territory. Louisville G&E minimum is 41 Dth per day.

Natural Gas: Natural Gas choice is available in the Consumers Energy, DTE Energy, Michigan Gas Utilities, and SEMCO Energy Gas Company utility territories.

Montana
